What we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

We collect the account details you provide (name, email, store details), the data you add or authorise us to read in order to run your jobs (products, variants, prices, tags, metafields, snapshots, and change history), and basic technical data (device, browser, and approximate location from your IP) needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your data to provide and improve the service: to run your jobs, render your change history, process subscriptions, send service and security notifications, and provide support. We do not sell your data or your store’s records.
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — for example our payment processor for payments and our hosting and email providers — each under contract to protect it. We disclose data if required by law.
Your data is yours. You can export it and update or correct it in the app, and you can ask us to delete it. Where applicable law grants rights of access, correction, deletion, or portability, you may exercise them by contacting us. Deleting your account sets out exactly what is erased, what is kept and how long each takes.
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language and theme), and keep the service secure. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, role-based access, and regular backups, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and notify you of material incidents as required.
We offer paid products and services. In processing payments, we do not collect or store your payment card details on our servers. BulkGauge is billed through Shopify. Subscription charges are collected by Shopify on our behalf and appear on your Shopify invoice, so your payment card details are provided to Shopify and never to us. We receive only the transaction metadata Shopify returns — the plan, the amount, the currency and the charge status — which we keep for accounting and reconciliation. Shopify handles that data under its own privacy policy and under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
The two kinds of data on this page are not held on the same footing, and the difference matters if you have obligations of your own.
Your store data — products, variants, prices, tags, metafields, snapshots and change history — is data we process on your instructions. You decide what a job changes, what is scheduled and how long history is kept; we carry it out and keep the record. In data-protection terms you are the controller and ElAdawy LLC is the processor. We do not use store data for our own purposes, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Your account data — the name and email of the people who sign in, your subscription and the diagnostic data needed to keep the service running — is data we decide about ourselves, and for that we are the controller.
If a shopper of yours makes a data request that touches something we hold, it should come to you rather than to us, and we will help you answer it. BulkGauge does not read your orders, your payment data or your customer records. Those scopes were removed from the app on 12 August 2026 and nothing in the product requests them. Deleting your account sets this out in full.
BulkGauge is owned and operated by ElAdawy LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. We may update this policy; material changes are notified in-app or by email and continued use constitutes acceptance.
