All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. By subscribing or completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
All sales are final. ElAdawy LLC does not issue refunds or partial credits for subscription cancellations. Paid plans are billed in advance through Shopify, which collects the charge on our behalf and adds it to your Shopify invoice. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the current paid billing period and you will not be charged again; no pro-rated refund is given for unused time within a billing cycle, and no refunds are given for downgrades.
Upgrades & proration: if you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately. Because the charge is raised by Shopify, the credit for the unused part of your current plan and the amount you are billed for the new one are calculated by Shopify under its own billing rules, and appear on your Shopify invoice.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such a right applies, we honour it. To make a request under applicable law, open a support ticket and include your invoice or payment reference.
